Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

• The item was received damaged upon delivery.
• There was an error on the plate that differs from the order details.

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for standard orders with no defects, as each number plate is custom-made and cannot be resold or reused. We appreciate your understanding.

Order Cancellations

Certain orders are not eligible for cancellation, including:

• Bespoke or personalised items, such as number plates.

Since all number plates are custom-made, we cannot offer full refunds. However, we can refund the cost of:

• Postage fees (if applicable).
• Accessories and fitting kits, provided they are unused and unopened.
